Born in 1987, Polish artist. She studied at the W. Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź and at Mimar Sinan Güzel Sanatlar Üniversitesi in Istanbul. In 2013, she defended her diploma project with distinction, which the following year received financial support for implementation in urban space. She is currently studying at the Doctoral School of the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław.

She is a multiple scholarship holder of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and NCK (2013, 2017, 2021), SPS (2023), NIMiT (2024). Awarded the Grand Prix for her work: Droga at the V Piotrkowski Art Biennale and the INVITED ARTIST AWARD at the International Biennial for Paper Fibre Art 2023/24 in Taiwan. In 2020, she was nominated by the editorial office of Arteon for POLITYKI’s PASSPORTS.

She uses various media. In the space of Łódź courtyards, empty buildings and factory ruins, she created Droga – a universal interpretation of Passion built with light. She is, among others, the author of Łódź murals created in a duet with Paulina Nawrot in cooperation with the Urban Forms Foundation (Jonah, Wizja św. Dominika) and sacral interiors (Chapels at the church of St. Teresa and at the Jesuits in Łódź). Author of theatre costumes and urban games. Her competition sculpture (Spirited) can be seen on the Vistula Boulevards in Warsaw since 2019.

Together with the birth of children, she changes the subject and scale of her works. For several years, she has been developing a project involving the forces of nature in the creative process. The idea (currently realized as part of a doctoral thesis) involves creating objects – post-artefacts – made by the artist, but transformed by other organisms. The work aims to trace the possible scope of this cooperation. Its assumption is to achieve a fusion of culture and nature and to reinterpret the topos of the artist-demiurge and to formulate in its place the concept of the artist-gardener and gallery-garden. In order to visualize the cooperation of man and nature, she chooses objects as organizing elements — paper, which has deep connotations with human culture and — completely independent of culture — life (zoe) represented by biota.

The works from this series were presented at individual exhibitions: Raðljóst. Enough Light to Find the Right Way at Zielona 13 Gallery in Łódź (2022) and Próba Jasnego at Miser Art Gallery in Wrocław (2024), The Shroud, The Vessel at Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall, in Taipei, Taiwan and National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Center (NTCRI) in Nantao, Taiwan,

as well as at many group exhibitions (Man! I Was Here – Virtual Museum of the Anthropocene; Checking. What is Law? – Sacrum Gallery of Contemporary Art Dom Praczki; It Was, Is and Will Be. Change – Geppart Gallery in Wrocław; A World That Is No Longer There – Center for Art Documentation in Wrocław; Microbiome – BWA Krosno; Settlement – Former Evangelical Lutheran Church in Prószków and others). Three objects are in the collection of the Museum of Papermaking in Duszniki Zdrój.
